Our Approach

Scope. Configure. Prepare. Install. Dismantle.

Every atmospheric installation starts with your event and venue. We confirm the scenic configuration, equipment availability, site requirements and delivery plan before preparation begins.

Modular event framework during on-site assembly
Representative historical scenic assembly — not a starcloth installation.

How we deliver

Practical planning.
Considered execution.

  1. 01

    Scope

Review the event, application, coverage, venue, dates and creative direction. Assess overhead feasibility, fire requirements and access.

  2. 02

    Configure

Recommend the starcloth, drapery, lighting and scenic elements, and confirm equipment availability and lighting preferences.

  3. 03

    Prepare

Confirm graphics, any partner-supplied equipment, the approved installation plan and a coordinated delivery schedule.

  4. 04

    Install

Install and finish the agreed configuration, review electrical and control requirements, and make onsite adjustments.

  5. 05

    Dismantle

Coordinate safe dismantle, removal, rental returns and project closeout around the venue schedule.

Overhead work.
Assessed individually.

Overhead starcloth and drapery are subject to venue approval, applicable fire-performance requirements, fabric and equipment suitability, suspension capacity and approved attachment methods. Electrical controls, clearance and emergency access are reviewed for each installation. Not every product or venue is suitable for ceiling rigging.

Coverage, effects, control options and installation arrangements depend on confirmed equipment and supplier availability. Consultation, delivery, onsite adjustments and dismantle remain part of the project-specific plan.
